Dragonball Online Defense rate?

So yea am curious to know what is Defense rate? 
I've asked before in-game and i have been told that it's similar to resistance. But am not quiet sure.
Does it increase defense...decrease damage of enemy or increase resistance of debuffs & stuns?

Am an Ultimate Majin and am curious on that passive that am getting :O

Dragonball Online Best human pve /pvp class

im new and i wanna know what human class is good for both pvp and pve i need pvp to lvl up fast and pvp for the tournament

Dragonball OnlineStrongest energy attack (direct damage)

So I was looking through the martial artist, the crane and the turtle skill trees and found that surprisingly, final effort, wich maxes at lvl 40, is probably the strongest human energy attack. It has higher energy damage % than tri beam cannon and easily outclasses te giant kamehameha so I have to ask, based on skill dmg and dmg% what is the strongest energy attack in dbo?

Dragonball Online what to choose

hello Everyone.

im pretty new here and i dont know what the best class for me is or race.

so im kinda a all around player. i do like to be strong in defence health but also do some dmg. in pve and pvp. i do like to solo alot but partys are also great to play in so i dont mind either of them. i rather choose pve above pvp but i dont wanne be a muppet while in pvp teams so i do wanne stand a chance against other players.
i was hoping that anyone could give me some possibilitys about what to choose and why i should choose that race/class

Dragonball Online What class is best at which role?

What I mean is, what class is the best Healer, Tank, and DPS? 
Fighter
Swordsman
Crane Hermit
Turtle Hermit
Dark Warrior
Shadow Knight
Dende Priest
Poko Priest
Ultimate Majin
Grand Chef Majin
Plasma Majin
Karma Majin

best healer Dende (Ep heal and highest healing ability)
second best healer Poko (has heals but cant compare to Dende in healing)

Best Tank Dark Warrior(specially for farming and doing a lot of AoE dmg)
Best Tank Shadow Knight (because of Aoe Stun and high duration taunt, not many Aoe)

Best AoE DPS Turtle(two OP kamehas, and many more AoEs with great crit and dmg)
Second Aoe DPS Plasma (has some very good AoEs to deal dmg)

Fastest speed DPS Fighter (thunder + blist fist + speed weps = OP speed)
Second speed DPS Poko (best speed buff for speed party)
Third speed DPS Karma (great AoE speed buff. when combined with poko makes a fast party)

Best buffs Ultimate (THE best buffer in my opinion. can also do well as a tank)
Second buffs Chef (has better dmg than Ult and has dex and con buffs, more dmg buffs(chef) than survival buffs(ult))

Highest 1 vs 1 dmg Swordsman (I believe SM can probably do the highest crit.)

Highest DoT Aoe dmg Crane (their DoT are deadly. can use burn or bleed.)

Highest DoT 1 vs 1 dmg Shadow Knight (Bold Strike, % based DoT = OP)

Step 1: Once you reach level 30, find and destroy the crate pictured below that you'll found at various locations in the Karin Forest zone. If a create isn't at one of the locations it's because someone probably destroyed it recently. You'll either need to wait until the crate re-spawns, change to a different channel, or try and find one at a different location.

You can do this step, the next one, and a few others before you reach level 30, but you'll have to wait until level 30 to complete the quest line. If, when you begin to focus on becoming an adult, you notice that some of the quests aren't there, it's probably because you've done them already at an earlier level.
